iOS Developer

The role will be development of existing new features and improving the stability of the iOS client. Your role will encompass the entire software de-velopment life-cycle, including requirements capture, prototyping, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.

Required skills and experience:

  • Have a strong background in Objective-C and Swift
  • In depth knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc
  • Be passionate about making beautiful iOS apps that are simple and easy to use
  • Be confident in your abilities to shape a platform with a huge user base
  • Have an understanding of the intricacies of iOS and its human interface guidelines
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts
  • Be self-motivated with strong organisational skills
  • Think like a team member, not a code-monkey

Optional skills and experience:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and using issue tracking software such as JIRA
  • Familiarity with Code Review process
  • Familiarity with writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Familiarity with unit testing and TDD as well as automated testing

Android Developer

Your role will encompass the entire software development life-cycle, including requirements capture, prototyping, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve and innovate on our Android app, writing clean, maintainable and extendable code
  • Be part of our Android Development Team helping with implementing new features and maintaining existing codebase
  • Collaborate alongside Server and Client developers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Designers, QA and external beta testers
  • Provide insight to the technical and behavioural direction of the products

Required skills and experience:

  • Be self-motivated, like to explore and organize your code and projects
  • Have a solid background in Android SDK Development using Java, Kotlin and Android Studio
  • Have working experience on SCM tools (preferably git)
  • Be familiar with Material Design guidelines
  • Think like a team member, not a code-monkey

Optional skills and experience:

  • Work with Android Architecture Components such as Room, LiveData, ViewModel, WorkManager, etc
  • Use Dependency Injection with Dagger2
  • Do Unit Testing, TDD and/or automated UI testing
  • Fine tune third party SDK’s and libraries in a complex UX ecosystem

Senior Server Software Engineer

The role includes support, maintenance and monitoring of the service. There will be plenty of opportunities to research and develop solutions using new technologies, languages and design patterns.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing great new features using microservice design

Product Manager

A wide-ranging role where you will be responsible for maximising business benefit from Client releases, leading the Release Management lifecycle and processes. You will help marketing, product management, development, QA and community teams to define, manage and deploy change.

Required skills and experience:

  • Agile scrum master experience, managing the development process within a mobile client group.
  • Experience to enhance and develop existing delivery processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences on a broad range of topics: technical, business and creative.
  • Self-starter with strong time management, project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making ability.
  • Team building and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating to maximise team performance.
  • Strong accountability in managing the delivery process within a mobile client group.

Responsibilities, Product Manager duties:

  • Work with the Product Owner to maintain a Product Roadmap, ensuring designs are agreed in advance of development
  • Support the client development teams in efficient delivery – daily updates, clear status, proactive management of issues and risks
  • Work with Test Team Lead to maximise the impact of QA – creative strategy, early engagement, appropriate use of Closed and Open Betas
  • Maintain User Group engagement throughout – identify key stakeholders, ensure agreed designs, maintain awareness of development as required, creative approach to release, user comms and feedback
  • Work with Server, User, Data and Client Development teams to provide objective visibility of operational performance and issues

Junior Software Developer
